55-year-old Kevin Thomas Tolbert of Bradford Mountain Road in Lenoir was arrested Monday (December 12) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with misdemeanor resisting a public officer, felony breaking and entering, felony larceny, and felony assault with a deadly weapon. Tolbert remains in jail as of this morning with a $37,000 secured bond and District Court dates scheduled for December 14 and January 12.
