40-year-old Christopher Scott Travis of Tamara Lane in Lenoir was arrested Friday (February 3) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver a schedule two controlled substance, and felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance. Travis remains in jail as of this morning with a $50,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for February 6.
