39-year-old William Forrest Wiseman of Lenoir was arrested Monday (November 28) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering, and felony possession of burglary tools.

Wiseman remains in jail as of this morning with a $30,000 secured bond and District Court scheduled for November 30.
