Lenoir Man Arrested for B&E and Larceny

37-year-old Chad Dorian Teague of Factory Street in Lenoir was arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers Friday (December 17) on felony counts of breaking & entering and larceny after breaking & entering. He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of failure to perform work after being paid and larceny. In addition, Teague was charged with a misdemeanor probation violation. He is on probation as he serves a 36-month suspended sentence following a February 2021 conviction in Caldwell County for misdemeanor breaking & entering.

Teague was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $33,500 secured. He remained in jail as of this morning (December 20). A first appearance in District Court was scheduled today in Lenoir with another District Court date coming up on January 26 and a Superior Court date scheduled for January 10.
