29-year-old Clarence Casey Chester of Barlowe Place in Lenoir was arrested Monday (February 13) by Hudson Police Officers. He was charged with one felony count of attempting to obtain property by false pretense and jailed under a $3,000 secured bond. Chester remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for February 14.
