44-year-old Adam Franklin Kirschner of Calico Road in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (January 29) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with a misdemeanor of assault and battery, assault on a female, and felony possession of methamphetamine. Kirschner remains in jail as of this morning with a $25,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for January 30.
