40-year-old Robert Wayne Ashley II of Friendswood Street in Lenoir was arrested Monday (July 24) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of methamphetamine and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $10,000 secured bond. Ashley remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for July 26.
