40-year-old Timothy Lee Felder of Staircase Road in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (February 25) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and received a $60,000 secured bond. Felder is not listed in jail as of this morning and a District Court appearance was scheduled for February 27.
