Jones’ 32 Points Not Enough as Caldwell Men’s Basketball Drops Home Contest

Caldwell Community College men’s basketball fell to Brunswick Community College at home 108-98.

The two teams were knotted up at 48 at the half, but Brunswick outscored the Cobras by ten in the second half.

Caldwell was led by Micah Jones who had 32 points. Demitri Dixon would score 28.

Other scorers for the Cobras were Jordan Stinson with eight, Shawn Nelson with six, Jalen Crowder, Tyrese Gwinn, and Jheison Saunds all scored four. Myles Hamilton, Jason Hodges, Nedas Nacickas, and Amari Thomas each scored three.

Caldwell drops to 7-5 overall, 4-4 in Region 10, Div. 1 play. Caldwell is at USC-Salkehatchie on Friday.
