29-year-old Jessika Alexander Ampie of Horseshoe Bend Road in Hudson was arrested Wednesday (January 25) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. She’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor counts of assault inflicting serious injury and possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce. Ampie is also charged with six counts of failure to appear on various traffic violations. She was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $13,200 bond. District Court dates were scheduled today (January 26), February 23, and March 2.
