39-year-old Regina Crouch Speagle of Austin Road in Hudson was arrested by Lenoir Police yesterday (April 21) on felony counts of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. Following her arrest, Speagle was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000, secured. No court date is currently listed.
