53-year-old Frankie Elaine Costner of Horeshoe Acres Drive in Hudson was arrested Thursday (August 17) by Hudson Police Officers. She was charged with one felony count possession of methamphetamine and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. Costner remains jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for August 31.
