30-year-old Chelsea June Triplette of Grant Road in Hudson was arrested Thursday (July 6) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with one felony count of neglect or child abuse causing serious injury and three misdemeanors: child abuse, resisting a public officer, and going armed to the terror of the people. Triplette remains in jail at the Caldwell County Detention Center as of this morning under $50,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled for Thursday.
