42-year-old Sandra Leann Gragg of Leclare Street in Hudson was arrested Thursday (November 9) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with felony failing to appear in court on a felony count and jailed under $6,000 secured bond. Gragg remains in jail as of this morning with no court date listed.
