53-year-old Bett Diane Reed of Camary Lane in Hudson was arrested Tuesday (June 27) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with felony failure to appear. In addition, she was charged as a habitual felon. Reed was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $20,000 secured bond. As of this morning she was not listed in jail and a Superior Court date was scheduled for July 24.
