38-year-old Jeffery Martin Collins of James Drive in Hudson was arrested Monday (April 18) by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony sell or deliver controlled substance to a minor and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Collins was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $75,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (April 19).
