75-year-old Jack Paul Luse of Primrose Court in Hudson was arrested Monday (February 13) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with one count felony probation violation. Luse remains in jail as of this morning with a $50,000 secured bond and a Superior Court appearance scheduled for March 6. He was on probation as a result of a conviction in Caldwell County in January 2022 for felony crime against nature and misdemeanor assault on a child. He received probation and a 30-month suspended sentence.
