38-year-old Johnathan Henry Day of Benfield Park Lane in Hudson was arrested Saturday (July 15) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with misdemeanor filing a false police report and felony possession of a firearm by a felon. Day was given a custody release and was not listed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility as of this morning. A District Court appearance was scheduled for today.
