24-year-old Seth Alexander Whittington of Maynors Mobile Home Park in Hudson was arrested by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of a synthetic cannabinoid. He was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (January 9) under $5,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
