21-year-old Dalton Joseph Gragg of Drag Strip Road in Hudson was arrested Wednesday (October 11) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with misdemeanor harassing phone calls, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony possession of methamphetamine. Gragg was jailed under $6,000 secured bond but was not listed in jail at the Caldwell County Detention Facility as of this morning. District Court appearances were scheduled for today (October 12) and November 8.
