76-year-old Jack Paul Luse of Horseshoe Bend Road in Hudson was arrested Friday (July 7) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with one felony count probation violation and jailed under $100,000 secured bond. Luse remains in jail as of this morning with no court date listed. He was on probation as a result of convictions in Caldwell County in 2022 for felony crime against nature and assault on a child. Luse received probation and a 30-month suspended sentence.
