60-year-old Darrel Eugene Haas of Hudson Cajah Moutain Road in Hudson was arrested by Lenoir Police yesterday (May 16) on felony counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of methamphetamine, and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. Haas was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $100,000, secured. He remained in jail as of this morning. A first appearance in District Court was scheduled today in Lenoir.
