31-year-old Wa Xiong of Cedar Avenue in Hudson was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with possession of methampetamine, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place to keep controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver schedule VI controlled substance, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Xiong was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (November 23) under $7,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
