Homeless Hickory Man Jailed for Failure to Appear; Probation Violation
46-year-old Jason Gerrard Glenn, who is listed as a homeless person from Hickory, has been arrested by Probation & Parole Officers in Catawba County on two counts of failure to appear. Glenn reportedly failed to appear in court on felony counts of possession of a stolen motor vehicle and larceny. He was also charged with a felony probation violation. Glenn is on probation as he serves a 24-month suspended sentence following a July 2023 felony conviction in Catawba County for larceny.
Glenn was locked up today (November 16) in the Catawba County Detention Facility with bond set at $12,000. He’ll appear in District Court Monday (November 20) in Newton.
