39-year-old Matthew Ryan Angel, who is listed as a homeless person from Hickory, has been arrested by Hickory Police on two counts of financial card fraud. Angel was jailed this morning (May 23) in the Catawba County Detention Facility with bond set at $3,000. He remained in jail as of this afternoon. A first appearance in District Court was scheduled today in Newton.
