29-year-old Steven Tyler Philbeck of High Shoals Road in Lincolnton was arrested by Hudson Police yesterday (January 3) for felony possession of a motor vehicle, along with misdemeanor counts of simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and providing false information to an officer. Following his arrest, Philbeck was taken to the Caldwell Co. Detention Center with bond set at $15,000, secured. No court date is currently listed.
