37-year-old Ricky James Kilby of Hiddenite was arrested Monday (March 21) by Alexander County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged in Catawba County with felony possession of methamphetamine along with misdemeanor counts of financial card fraud and larceny. Kilby was jailed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $7,500. District Court appearances are scheduled for March 24 and April 12 in Newton.
