26-year-old Jessica Michelle Serrano-Paz of 4th Street Place NE in Hickory was arrested today (November 10) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. She’s charged with possession of heroin. Following the arrest Serrano-Paz was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under no bond. A District Court date is scheduled Monday (November 13).
