50-year-old Jennifer Sronce Moore of August Street in Hickory was arrested Sunday (July 16) by Conover Police Officers. She’s charged with two felony counts of probation violation, single felony counts of possession of schedule II controlled substance and obtain property by false pretense, along with two misdemeanor counts of second-degree trespass and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Moore is on probation as a result of a conviction on September 22, 2021 in Catawba County on felony counts of possession of schedule II controlled substance and obtaining property by false pretense. Moore received probation and a 36 month suspended sentence. She was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $17,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (July 17) and a Superior Court date is July 24.
