30-year-old Dorothy Jane Cline, whose address is listed as the Deluxe Inn in Hickory was arrested Tuesday (April 25) by Hickory Police Officers. She’s charged with felony possession with intent to sell and deliver counterfeit controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Cline was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $12,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled Tuesday.
