32-year-old Victoria Elizabeth Lockhart, who is listed as a homeless person from Hickory, was arrested Monday (September 25) by Hickory Police Officers. She’s charged with felony assault with physical injury on emergency personnel. Lockart was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $2,500 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (September 26).
