35-year-old Jamie Charisse Kurczi of Liberty Church Street in Hickory was arrested Tuesday (July 18) by Lenoir Police Officers. She was charged with one felony count possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine. Kurczi remained in jail as of this morning under $20,000 secured bond and no court date scheduled.
