43-year-old Latissa Decona Price of Orchid Lane in Valdese was arrested by Hickory Police Officers. The suspect is charged with felony larceny by anti-inventory device along with misdemeanor counts of resisting a public officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Price was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (August 9) under $5,000 bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled Thursday (August 10).
