27-year-old Lamar Jacquise Floyd, whose address was not listed, was arrested Friday (December 9) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession of cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, marijuana, and MDPV, also known as bath salts, possession of schedule I controlled substance, and trafficking in MDA or MDMA.

Floyd is also charged with misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed gun, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana one-half to one-and-one-half ounces.
He was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $120,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today (December 12).
