31-year-old Devin Terrell Johnson, who is listed as a homeless person, was arrested Sunday (June 25) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct. Johnson was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $2,000 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (June 27). A District Court date is scheduled for July 17.
