HICKORY, N.C. (WHKY) — Residents can try Tai Chi during a free introductory session Wednesday, September 30. The Hickory Museum of Art will host the event from 7 to 8 p.m. in its newly renovated Education Department at 243 Third Avenue NE.

The session includes a demonstration, discussion and sample class. Registration is not required for the introductory event. Regular classes begin October 7 and require separate registration.
