53-year-old Roland Vance Watson of 18th Avenue NE in Hickory was arrested by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with two counts of statutory sex offense with a child by an adult and one count of indecent liberties with a child. Watson was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (February 2) under $225,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
