41-year-old Joshua Eric Spears of 4th Street SE in Hickory was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Spears was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (February 4) under $3,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today.
