33-year-old Scott Michael Detter of 24th Avenue NE in Hickory was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Detter was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (January 17) under $1,900 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
