36-year-old Joshua Sean Riser of 3rd Avenue SW in Hickory was arrested by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with possession of methamphetamine. Riser was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (May 11) under $1,000 bond. A District Court date is scheduled Friday (May 12).
