51-year-old Willie Bernard Clark of 5th Street SE in Hickory was arrested by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with three counts of habitual larceny, felony probation violation, and felony probation violation out of county.

Clark is on probation as a result of a conviction in Burke County in November, 2022 for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. Clark received probation and a 24 month suspended sentence.

He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (February 3) under $14,500 bond. District and Superior Court appearances were scheduled today. An additional Superior Court date is set for next Monday (February 6).
