30-year-old Montavious Quamae Sims of Spencer Lane Road in Hickory was arrested last Friday (April 7) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of a stolen firearm along with misdemeanor counts of second-degree trespass and possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce. Sims was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $11,000 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (April 11). A District Court date is scheduled for April 25.
