42-year-old Edward Denario Funches of 14th Avenue NE in Hickory was arrested Tuesday (July 4) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, larceny of a firearm, and possession of a stolen firearm. Funches was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $22,000 bond. District Court dates were scheduled today (July 5) and Thursday (July 6).
