22-year-old Anthony Pernail Watts, Jr. of Stonewood Drive in Hickory was arrested today (August 16) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance along with misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and impeding traffic. Watts was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $3,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
