21-year-old Nicholas Giovanni Serrano-Paz of CSI Farm Road in Hickory was arrested Saturday (September 16) by Conover Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of obtaining property by false pretense and possession of stolen goods. Serrano-Paz was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $2,000 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (September 19). A District Court date was scheduled Monday (September 18).
