37-year-old Timothy Allen Bolick, Jr., who is listed as a homeless person from Hickory, has been arrested by Probation & Parole Officers on charges of breaking & entering, misdemeanor larceny, resisting a public officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with two misdemeanor probation violations. Bolick is on probation as he serves a 12-month suspended sentence following a conviction last month in Catawba County on B&E and larceny charges.

Bolick was jailed today (August 8) in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $5,700 bond. A District Court appearance was set for August 14 in Newton.
