27-year-old Thamez Lerell Davidson, who is listed as a homeless person from Hickory, was arrested by Hickory Police early Tuesday morning (August 15). He was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant charging him with twice failing to appear in court on one count of breaking & entering.

Davidson was taken into custody without incident near the Days Inn on 13th Avenue Drive N.W. in Hickory. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility with bond set at $4,000, secured. Davidson remained in jail as of this afternoon (August 17). He’ll appear in District Court on August 23 in Newton.
