54-year-old Pedro Cirio Juarez of 4th Avenue S.W. in Hickory was arrested today (October 6) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers on two counts of indecent liberties with a child. He was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility with bond set at $20,000. A first appearance in District Court is coming up Monday (October 9) in Newton.
