36-year-old Javario Davon Robinson of South Center Street in Hickory was arrested by Hickory Police Sunday evening (June 18) on one felony count of possession of a firearm by a felon. The warrant for his arrest was issued on June 5. According to H.P.D.’s arrest report, Robinson was not armed at the time of his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident at a residential address on South Center Street. Robinson was processed at the Hickory Police Department and later released under a $10,000 unsecured bond. He was scheduled to make an appearance in Superior Court yesterday (June 20) in Newton. No additional court dates are currently listed.
