31-year-old Brandon Scott Ruark of Hickory was arrested Monday (October 30) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony second degree trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia along with misdemeanor larceny. Ruark remained in jail as of this morning under $1,500 secured bond. He was scheduled to appear in District Court November 14 and November 16.
